Prescription and over-the-counter medications will only be administered with written parental authorization. All medications must be in their original container, clearly labeled with the child's name, dosage, and administration schedule.
Medications are stored in a locked cabinet, separate from food and cleaning supplies. A medication log is maintained for each child receiving medication. Parents will be notified of each administration.
We are unable to administer the first dose of any new medication. Please administer the first dose at home and monitor for any adverse reactions before bringing your child to care.
