All staff are mandatory reporters under Washington State law. Any reasonable suspicion of child abuse or neglect will be reported immediately to the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and/or local law enforcement.
Staff are trained annually on recognizing signs of abuse and neglect and on the proper reporting procedures as outlined in WAC 388-296-1340.
