In the event of an emergency closure (severe weather, power outage, public health emergency, etc.), parents will be notified as quickly as possible by phone.
Emergency closures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, utility failure) will not result in a fee credit. Closures initiated by the provider for illness or personal emergency will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
