Simple steps
How It Works
Call or email to check availability for your child's age group and desired start date. We'll answer your questions and schedule a tour.
Visit us at 6008 83rd Ave N.E. in Marysville to meet Diane and our staff, see the classrooms, and get a feel for our environment.
Print and fill out all required enrollment forms listed below. Bring completed forms to your enrollment appointment.
Return completed forms along with your first week's tuition. We'll confirm your child's start date and send you a welcome packet.
Required Documents
Download, print, and complete all required forms before your enrollment appointment. Bring signed originals — we cannot accept digital copies.
Required before care begins. Outlines terms, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties.
Child and family information including emergency contacts and medical details.
Continued registration details including care schedule and special instructions.
General permission form for routine activities and outings.
Broad activity permissions covering day-to-day care decisions.
Required for children enrolled in the Little Angels Preschool program.
Washington State–required certificate of immunization status.
Fee schedule, payment terms, and billing policies.
Need help printing? Call us at (360) 653-3625 and we can mail a packet to you or have forms ready when you visit.
