Transportation provided by the facility for field trips and off-site activities will comply with all applicable Washington State regulations. All vehicles used will be properly insured and maintained.
Children will be secured in age- and weight-appropriate car seats or booster seats at all times. The provider will maintain a current list of all children being transported and their emergency contact information.
Parents will be notified of all planned transportation at least 5 days in advance and written permission will be obtained.
