Due to the fact that we are self-employed and our family depends solely on this income, certain policies regarding payment of childcare fees have been established. You may schedule payment every other week, weekly, or monthly — whichever is more convenient for you.
However, once you choose your payment schedule, payment is expected on the exact due date. Please offer us the same consideration you expect from your employer. Failure to pay promptly could result in costly late fees, termination of childcare, and/or legal action.
- There will be a $35 charge for NSF (returned) checks.
- Fees will be paid on a cash-only basis after an NSF check.
- Late payment fee: $10 per day past due.
