All information regarding children and families enrolled in this childcare is strictly confidential. Staff members are not permitted to discuss any child's personal information, family situation, or developmental concerns with anyone outside the facility without written parental consent.
The only exceptions are mandatory reporting obligations under Washington State law (WAC 388-296-1340) regarding suspected child abuse or neglect, or as required by a court order.
